Work Experience

With a span of 25 years, my work life has provided me with many opportunities to gather experiences through many kinds of relationships. Some have been positive while others have built character. I carry all of them with me as I continue down the road of professional citizenship.

My passion rests squarely in the framework of innovation. This ranges from designing new processes for information sharing and collaboration to software development and the creation of online systems.

Before anything can happen, it is critical that a mature strategy is in place. That part of the job is the music behind what I do.

Collaborating with internal and external work teams around the strategy behind new technology applications and then developing the tools to make those concepts a reality is a core strength.

It is through the clear communication of complex technical ideas that I inspire teams and facilitate understanding. I have strong inter-personal and communication skills that span written, verbal, and illustrated proof of concept.
